For our client, we are seeking a Leadership Advisor to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role partners with senior executives and leadership teams to strengthen effectiveness, alignment, and performance across the organization. You will combine trusted advisory skills with analytical insight to help clients navigate succession, growth, and organizational challenges. The position also requires building enduring executive relationships while delivering thoughtful recommendations that support long-term leadership outcomes.
Location:
Remote. Compensation: $160,000 – $200,000 annually.
- Partner with clients to assess and coach executives and teams
- Deliver insights and recommendations on leadership and organizational effectiveness
- Advise on CEO succession, leadership growth, and team effectiveness
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with executive clients
- Lead engagements through qualitative data analysis for strategic outcomes
- Empower teams and drive results that enhance leadership and performance
- MBA, PhD, or equivalent preferred, with 7+ years of post-graduate experience
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with senior-level clients
- Strong analytical capabilities to extract insights from complex data
- Demonstrated ability to autonomously manage multiple client projects
- Proven success in leadership advisory, management consulting, or related fields
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex ideas to executives
