Chief Education Officer

The Chief Education Officer is a full-time, remote role responsible for setting and leading the overall educational vision and strategy for Anysphere-shi. This role oversees curriculum development, program design, and instructional standards to ensure high-quality learning experiences across all offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding educational research initiatives, analyzing learning outcomes, and collaborating with product, technology, and operations teams to align education strategy with organizational goals.

The Chief Education Officer leads and mentors education teams, establishes best practices for teaching and learning, and partners with internal and external stakeholders to maintain relevant, inclusive, and scalable educational programs. The role also involves monitoring emerging trends in education, ensuring compliance with applicable standards, and reporting on key metrics to executive leadership.

• Strong foundation in Education and Curriculum Development, with experience designing and overseeing learning programs.
• Proficient Research and Analytical Skills to evaluate data, measure learning outcomes, and inform strategic decisions.
• Advanced Communication skills, including the ability to present complex educational concepts clearly to varied audiences.
• Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional or academic teams and driving organizational change in education-focused settings.
• Master’s degree or higher in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Leadership, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Demonstrated experience with remote collaboration tools and managing distributed teams.
• Knowledge of inclusive, learner-centered, and evidence-based pedagogical practices.
• Experience working with digital learning platforms, online or hybrid education models, or education technology products is highly beneficial.
