Aran Industries seeks a hands-on civil engineer who can translate land, water, grading and infrastructure knowledge into automated software using AI tools. You will ship code and own projects end-to-end on live mega projects, with a focus on generating site layouts, earthwork optimization, and integrated design workflows.
This remote role (US or Canada, excluding Quebec) offers a base salary of US $150k–$250k plus founding-team equity, and fully compensated health plans.
