Dataterrain India is seeking a healthcare data specialist with deep experience in Epic Clarity and SQL development to drive UDS reporting for HRSA. The ideal candidate will validate QA metrics, ensure accuracy of numerator/denominator calculations, and maintain critical quality reports for ambulatory clinics.
Strong knowledge of CQMs/eCQMs, clinical workflows, and healthcare terminology (ICD-10, SNOMED CT, LOINC) will help ensure compliant HRSA reporting.
