People Analytics Consultant - Workforce Insights & Reporting

Location: Remote - US

Salary: $108,200-$202,800 per year, depending on location and qualifications

Work arrangement: Remote, full-time

A People Analytics professional is sought to support senior HR and People leaders through workforce data analysis, reporting and actionable insights. The role combines analytical problem-solving, stakeholder consulting and data storytelling to improve organisational decision-making.

• Partner with senior People leaders to identify priorities and deliver data-driven recommendations.
• Develop dashboards, reports and analyses covering workforce trends, employee experience, talent outcomes and organisational health.
• Use SQL, analytics tools and AI to automate reporting and scale insights.
• Translate complex or ambiguous business questions into structured analysis and practical recommendations.
• Present findings and recommendations through clear, executive-ready materials.
• Collaborate across HR, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, People Operations, DEI and Learning functions.
• Improve data quality, reporting consistency and self-service analytics.
• Identify workforce trends, risks and opportunities.

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting or client management.
• Understanding of HR operations, talent processes, workforce planning and employee lifecycle data.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders and translating business questions into analytical solutions.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Knowledge of data architecture, data models, data quality and analytics workflows.
• Familiarity with Workday, Greenhouse, Qualtrics or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and data storytelling skills, including presenting to executive audiences.
• Sound judgement when handling sensitive employee information.
