Anza is seeking a General Manager to scale Anza Exchange into a full-fledged marketplace. You will own strategy, growth, product and P&L, reporting to the CEO. This founding role will start with a pilot and grow into a scaled marketplace backed by Anza’s customer relationships and market data.
You’ll lead a small team, set the roadmap, work with engineering to ship features, and partner with commercial teams to drive adoption. Prior experience scaling two-sided marketplaces is essential.
