Marathon is looking for immediate CNC Mill Operators to start ASAP!
Earn $22–$30 per Hour | CNC Mill Operator – 2nd Shift
Due to rapid growth, Marathon is hiring an experienced CNC Mill Operator for 2nd shift. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with weekly pay and day-one benefits.
Training will take place on 1st shift, then you’ll transition to 2nd shift once training is complete.

- Set up and operate CNC milling machines for drilling, grinding, milling, and related tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Translate instructions into CNC programs and machine commands
- Load raw materials and parts into machines
- Perform test runs to ensure parts meet specifications
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments
- Inspect and measure finished products for accuracy and quality
- Perform daily machine checks and basic maintenance
- Run full production cycles to fabricate high-volume parts
- Previous experience as a CNC Mill Operator
- Strong machining background
- Knowledge of CNC programming and simulation software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
