Job Summary

We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented Cannabis Trimmers to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for trimming cannabis flower to meet quality standards while maintaining productivity, cleanliness, and consistency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Trim cannabis flower by removing excess leaves and stems while preserving the quality and appearance of the buds.
• Follow established trimming guidelines and quality standards.
• Inspect flower for quality and consistency throughout the process.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and state compliance regulations.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining attention to detail.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to ensure production deadlines are met.

Qualifications

• Previous cannabis trimming or production experience preferred, but not always required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Must meet all applicable state and facility requirements.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Repetitive use of hands and fingers for trimming tasks.
• Ability to maintain focus and consistent productivity throughout the shift.
