Loenbro in Arizona seeks a Coatings & Blasting Lead to direct daily operations in the coatings and surface preparation department. You will supervise blasters and painters, ensure adherence to SSPC standards, and act as the first line of quality control and safety on the shop floor.
You will set workmanship and production pace, coordinate with the Coatings Superintendent, and mentor a crew while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
