Elevation Global works with brands to reach new customers and grow their business. We’re expanding our Phoenix team and hiring representatives for our current retail event campaigns.
The PositionAs an Event Sales Representative, you’ll introduce customers to client services and help them understand their options. You’ll start conversations, answer questions, explain offers, and complete eligible sales.
This is a direct sales role based at retail events. Your day includes team preparation, customer-facing sales, and coaching to help you improve.
What You’ll Do- Approach and engage customers at retail locations.
- Learn client services and stay current on available offers.
- Understand customer needs and explain relevant options.
- Communicate pricing and service terms clearly.
- Complete customer enrollments through approved systems.
- Help keep the event space organized and professional.
- Participate in training, review your results, and apply feedback.
- Work toward individual and team sales goals.
- Confidence starting conversations with new people.
- Strong listening skills.
- Willingness to practice and take coaching.
- A dependable, professional approach to the work.
- Availability for the full-time schedule and the ability to get to assigned work locations.
Previous sales experience is helpful, but not required. We welcome applicants with retail, hospitality, and customer service backgrounds.
Training and GrowthWe provide product education, hands-on sales training, and daily feedback. Team members who develop consistent results and the ability to help others may earn additional responsibilities in training and leadership.
Schedule and Pay- Monday–Friday, 9:45 AM–6:45 PM.
- Optional weekend opportunities.
- W-2 employment, paid weekly.
- $700 weekly salary or commissions, whichever is higher, subject to the sales requirements in the compensation plan. The plan and requirements are reviewed during the hiring process.
This position involves customer engagement at retail events, including extended periods of standing and walking. Essential duties may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
