Del Sol Furniture is a locally owned, family-run furniture and mattress retailer that has served Phoenix since 1997, with four showrooms across the Valley and our own in-house financing. We help families furnish their homes, and many of our customers come back to us for years.

We are looking for motivated salespeople who like working with people, take pride in their numbers, and want their paycheck to grow with their effort.

What You Will Earn

• Weekly guaranteed draw of $18-$23 per hour, plus commission on every sale
• Realistic annual earnings of $55,000-$100,000+ for consistent performers

Your Schedule

• Full time, 5 days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays
• Store hours:
  Monday-Saturday 10am-8pm, Sunday 11am-5pm
• In person at our East Phoenix showroom, 2829 N 32nd St

What You Will Do

• Greet customers and help them find the right furniture and mattresses for their home and budget
• Explain our financing options, including our in-house financing
• Write accurate sales orders and follow up with customers until delivery
• Follow up on leads and past customers to build repeat and referral business
• Keep the showroom floor clean, organized and ready to sell
• Hit your personal and store sales goals

Who We Are Looking For

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred
• Comfortable with commission pay. Your effort sets your income.
• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred. We train the right people.
• Friendly, confident and good at listening
• Available weekends
• Reliable and on time
