VP, AI & Hyperscale Sales

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for AI and large Neocloud accounts
• Establish and deepen relationships with decision-makers across customer organizations
• Partner with product, engineering, operations, finance, legal, and customer-success teams
• Lead complex commercial negotiations including pricing, capacity commitments, and long-term agreements
• Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline visibility, and revenue reporting for executive leadership
• Develop channel, alliance, and ecosystem relationships
• Gather customer and market intelligence to influence roadmap and positioning
• Represent the company at executive briefings, customer meetings, and industry events

• 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience
• Experience selling into AI and Neocloud providers or large-scale infrastructure customers
• Strong knowledge of data-center industry dynamics
• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and financial acumen
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value
• Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills
• Willingness to travel as needed

• Experience selling data-center infrastructure to AI and Neocloud clients
• Existing relationships within AI, neocloud, and global data-center ecosystems
• High EQ and confidence managing internal and external relationships
