** What the Role Involves:
** We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to perform at a high level. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various HVAC equipment, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards. Respond to customer’s needs as communicated by dispatchers and Manager.

* Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation systems in commercial settings.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions and implement effective solutions.
* Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
* Lead and mentor junior technicians, providing training and support as needed.
* Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.
* Communicate effectively with clients to assess their HVAC needs and provide recommendations.
* Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and safety.

* Basic Qualifications:

* * High School diploma or GED
* Valid State Driver’s License
* 5-7 years in the repair and maintenance of commercial HVAC equipment
* Personal hand tools
* EPA Certification, EPA 608 minimum types I and II or Universal Tech Certification
* Certification from a technical school or equivalent experience a PLUS!  
** The Ideal Candidate:*
* * Experience with commercial or industrial refrigeration systems is a bonus but not required.
