Overview

Advisor - 32533 at Environment Agency – permanent role within the E&B Systems Team. The position focuses on delivering technical digital solutions that support regulatory work, transform business processes and enhance front‑line staff effectiveness.

• Lead on technical development areas and solutions, managing yourself and working comfortably in dispersed project groups.

• Support and delivery of technical digital solutions to address business problems and support major digital transformation.

• Build and sustain effective relationships with operational customers, understanding issues and providing effective response and steering for operational needs.

• Identify, seize and implement new or improved methods, processes and without compromising quality or accuracy.

• Set and deliver high work standards, prioritising and organising tasks and resources to ensure timely achievement of results.

• Experience or skills in digital product management or an environment practitioner.

• Comfortable with tools such as Power Platform, Sharepoint, DCP (Document Core Pack), Canvas Apps, Microsoft Access and capable of application configuration.

• Strong technical skills and ability to convey technical understanding to non‑technical clients.

• Collaborative, partner‑relationship building skills vital to delivering outcomes.
