• Process invoices for payment and validate invoice information.
• Challenge current processes and contribute to transformative changes.
• Operate proficiently in multiple accounting systems.
• Assist in the preparation of Cash Flow reporting.
• Resolve vendor inquiries and produce accurate and timely support.
• Monitor and reconcile vendor balances.
• Perform reconciliations of bank statements, prepare and post journal entries.
• Conduct other financial analyses such as GL reconciliation.
• Support month‑end and year‑end close processes.
• Perform additional accounting duties as needed to support the team.
• Build strong relationships with KSS business partners and suppliers.

• 1–2 years of accounting experience.
• Professional experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Ability to manage large volumes of data with a high degree of accuracy.
• Understanding, acceptance, and adherence to the established Kovalues.

• Experience in accounts payable or accounts receivable.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, large data sets, and formatting.
• Experience implementing automation solutions.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
