Our Sales Assistants are the heart of our bakery, delivering a unique and delightful customer experience. We are looking for friendly individuals to assist our customers, ensuring they leave with a smile and delicious bread. No prior experience is required, just a willingness to learn, be engaged and have a positive attitude.

• Work closely with your team to provide outstanding service and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Engage with customers to discover their favorite products and assist in their selections
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting bakery while promoting current marketing initiatives
• Learn how to assist with bread and pastry production during quieter times, giving you a well-rounded experience

• You take pride in providing excellent customer service and enjoy engaging with people
• You have a friendly demeanor and a positive attitude that brightens the bakery environment
• You are self-motivated and eager to learn new skills
• You are a team player who enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in retail or food service is an asset, but not mandatory

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent hand usage and some lifting of bakery products (up to 22 kg)
• Comfortable navigating an active bakery environment that includes bending and reaching where needed
