** Practice Overview
** Rouge Valley Dental is a busy, well-established clinic located in a vibrant Pickering strip mall surrounded by medical services, grocery, and ample free parking. The practice supports a large and diverse patient base with strong hygiene flow and consistent new patient growth (20–25/month).The clinic is fully staffed with an experienced CDA team, multiple hygienists, and a dedicated Treatment Coordinator. Operatories and equipment are modern, well maintained, and fully digital.

This is a tremendous opportunity to step into a very busy practice and have clinical autonomy to treat whatever is in your scope of practice!
** Schedule**
* ** Tuesdays:
** 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
* * Overlap with another provider from 12–4 p.m*.
* ** Saturdays (Every Other):
** 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.Opportunity to
** add Fridays

** Clinical Expectations**## ## You will have immediate patient flow with strong hygiene support in a practice that is committed to growth. You will have a rare opportunity to inherit treatment and expand schedule in a stable, supportive clinical and administrative teams.
** Ideal Candidate
*** 2+ years
** minimum clinical experience required
*** Confident working independently
* Strong communicator with excellent patient rapport
* Comfortable with a broad clinical scope (endo, surgery, with a focus on crown and bridge).

* About You:

*** Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process
* Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
* Valid CPR certification
