Maintenance Coordinator – Hulamin

Core Responsibilities- Execution of tasks required for statutory compliance in terms of the OHS act.
- Overseeing day‑to‑day mechanical maintenance activities.
- Ensuring resources are adequately planned and scheduled.
- Managing breakdowns and ensuring minimum downtime.
- Ensuring good quality work from direct reports with zero rework.
- Planning daily/weekly activities for direct reports.
- Managing time, attendance and overtime in the area.
- Managing maintenance cost and spares throughout the department.
- Managing a workspace with solid 5S and SHE principles.
- Coaching and mentoring of direct reports.
- Identifying training needs and skill requirements for direct reports.
- Must be able to work at height.
