Position: Residential Coach Interview Day: Virtual (Nov 9, 2026)

Community Solutions Inc. in Plainville, CT is seeking Residential Coach candidates for the Lisa's House program. The role includes direct supervision, daily care, and implementing a DBT-based approach for adolescent girls in a trauma-informed, gender-responsive setting.

Starting wage is $23.59 per hour, plus applicable shift differentials. Available shifts include Per Diem (as needed) and 2nd Shift (Sat-Wed 3:00pm–11:00pm).
