The role provides direct supervision, daily care, and family support for adolescent girls using DBT-informed practices to promote emotional regulation and healthy relationships. The position offers per diem shifts and a 2nd shift (Sat–Wed 3:00pm–11:00pm) with starting wage of $23.59 plus applicable shift differentials.
