Community Solutions, Inc. (CSI) seeks a Residential Coach (FT) for Lisa's House in Plainville, CT.
Schedule:
Sunday-Thursday 7:00am–3:00pm.
Starting wage: $21.51 per hour. The role supports adolescent girls in a DBT-informed program, providing supervision and daily care within a therapeutic residential setting. You’ll work with a mission-driven team, collaborating with clinicians and program staff to foster emotional regulation, decision-making, and healthy relationships while ensuring safety
