Une entreprise horlogère de renom à Genève recherche un responsable d'atelier pour planifier et superviser l’atelier Prémontage Ponts selon les standards de qualité. Vous serez en charge d'encadrer et motiver une équipe, assurer le respect du plan de production, et développer la polyvalence au sein de l'atelier. Une expérience de 2 à 5 ans dans un poste similaire ainsi que des connaissances en horlogerie sont requises pour ce rôle.
