Job Title:
Operations Analyst – Payment Control Operations

Location: Plano, TX 75024

Pay Rate: $22.29 (paid weekly)

Schedule: Fully onsite (5 days/week);
Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST

Start Date: 12/21/2026, pending onboarding completion

Contract Length: 12-months with potential for extension

This role is responsible for the day-to-day analysis, research, and resolution of various issues within the business unit. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, highly organized, and capable of managing high-volume workloads. Onsite parking is available.

• Support and administer defined operational procedures and routine analytics.
• Perform exception processing and create regular operational reports.
• Coordinate the implementation of products, services, and operational solutions.
• Assist in designing, documenting, implementing, and monitoring new products and services.
• Provide guidance to team associates regarding procedural, technical, and operational changes.
• Problem-solve and resolve complex operational issues in a timely manner.

• Fundamental understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently, identify opportunities, and recommend solutions to improve business processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues efficiently.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
