We are seeking a highly motivated high school (9-12) counselor who has a strong desire to join a high school that is paving a path from good to great. Student-centered, collaborative counselors who can support the whole child's growth (academically, socially, emotionally, and physically) are encouraged to apply. Candidates should have the education and experience to facilitate a comprehensive counseling program for all students, consult with parents, teachers, and staff to improve their effectiveness in supporting students, and support other school programs.
Preferred Qualifications- MA or higher.
- NE school counselor endorsement for at least grades 9-12.
- Successful experience as a classroom teacher.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Plattsmouth is a rural community and has schools within 10 min of Bellevue and 20 min of Omaha.

Base salary for is $40,000 plus full family health insurance. The base salary is yet to be determined via negotiations.
