You are detail-oriented, have excellent computer skills, and are willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Billing Coordinator - process around 100 monthly invoices.
• Review invoices for accuracy and completeness and obtain Project Manager approvals.
• Submit invoices to clients and respond to any billing questions.
• Keep track of budget amounts and provide information to clients upon request.
• Light collections for your assigned accounts.
• Backup for AP, AR, and reception as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in the customer service or accounting field.
• Dedication to quality and customer service.
• Ability to communicate well with employees and all levels of management.
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and a sense of urgency.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Ability to adapt to change in business conditions and environments.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with multiple deadlines.
• Experience with Quick Books or similar bookkeeping software preferred but not necessary.

Work Schedule:

• On-site, in Pleasanton, CA
• Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm

Competitive salary from $28 to $34 per hour depending on experience and skill set.
