This very successful firm of accountants based in Plymouth acts for a wide range of sole trader, partnership and limited company clients across varying turnovers and industry sectors, from OMBs to larger corporates with audit requirements, charities and other clients. The firm offers a supportive, team‑cultured environment with full study support, competitive salaries and benefit packages.

You will prepare financial statements for a variety of clients and have involvement in tax compliance work. You will help manage juniors reviewing bookkeeping work, provide guidance, and may have potential involvement with audit work depending on preferences, motivations, and experience. Your responsibilities will increase over time as you develop within the team.

You are either AAT qualified, or studying for AAT/ACCA/other qualifications as a Part Qualified Accountant, or you have developed your career entirely through experience. You have at least 2–3 years experience in an accountancy practice, preparing year‑end accounts, tax and providing other services. You are looking to progress within your career and seek an opportunity within a leading firm of chartered accountants.
