Senior Quantity Surveyor

Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor (Permanent)
Senior Quantity Surveyor – Devon

A brand-new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor or proven Quantity Surveyor to join a forward-thinking and growing business, specialising in both regeneration and new build residential schemes.

You will be working across two live projects in the Devon area, each comprising of approximately 100 plots. The sites are located around 30 minutes apart, and the role will involve splitting your time between them, along with regular travel to Exeter.

Key Responsibilities of the senior quantity surveyor role:

Oversee procurement for both sites
Set up and manage subcontractor accounts, including payments
Prepare CVRs and other weekly/monthly reports
Manage measurements, variations, and final accounts
Provide full commercial support across all stages of the build process

Experience Required

Strong commercial awareness and a proven background as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor
Previous experience within the house building sector (developer or contractor background considered)
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
