Comprehensive benefits package The role of Estimator Commercial Fit Out will involve:
Estimator position dealing with fit out projects for various sectors such as; leisure, retail, healthcare, hotels, offices, pubs & restaurants Interpreting technical drawings, generating & following up quotations Negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers Producing formal quotations to customers Taking details from drawings to produce BOQs allowing for a timely return of quotations for customer deadlines Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database Contact customers dealing with queries and providing additional technical information Establish and maintain relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers Working on projects ranging in value from £100k to circa £5m The ideal applicant will be an Estimator Commercial Fit Out with:
