Comprehensive benefits package The role of Quantity Surveyor Fit Out & Refurbishment will involve:
Quantity Surveyor position dealing with fit out and refurbishment projects for various industries such as; leisure, retail, healthcare, hotels, offices, pubs & restaurants Interpreting technical drawings, generating & following up quotations Negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers Producing formal quotations to customers Taking details from drawings to produce BOQs allowing for a timely return of quotations for customer deadlines Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database Contact customers dealing with queries and providing additional technical information Establish and maintain relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers Working on projects ranging in value from £250k to circa £3m The ideal applicant will be an Quantity Surveyor Fit Out & Refurbishment with Must have Quantity Surveying experience within the construction market sector Ideally will have experience within fit out, design & build, joinery or main contracting Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs Highly organised with good attention to detail Excellent communication skills both written and verbal IT literate (Microsoft Office) Ability to work in a fast paced environment Good team player who also works well individually Mitchell Maguire is a specialist Construction Recruitment Consultancy, dealing exclusively with Construction Jobs, Construction vacancies and Specification positions within:
