Field Service Engineer

Primaire Consulting are proud to be working with a leading manufacturer of valves and system solutions is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join their dynamic team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional with a background in flow solutions
, including valves and heat exchange systems
, to provide expert service and maintenance on a national basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend customer sites nationwide.
• Diagnose and repair emergency breakdowns
  , conducting fault-finding and servicing of systems.
• Service and maintain packaged systems, valves, plant rooms, and steam distribution systems
  , including control loops.
• Complete detailed service and repair reports using the company’s service app
  .
• Collaborate with customers and internal engineering teams to provide effective solutions
  .
• Build strong relationships with clients, offering expert advice on system efficiency and reliability
  .

Requirements:

• Experience as a Field Service Engineer, Service Technician, or Valve Engineer (or similar).
• Knowledge of steam systems is highly desirable.
• Background in industries such as Navy, hospitals, or energy steam factories is advantageous.
• Experience in servicing valves and process equipment is preferred.
• Flexibility to respond to ad-hoc service calls as needed.
• Full UK driving license required.
• Full product training will be provided.
