We are looking for a Metrology Graduate to join our client's expert team to be a part of a structured development programme.

We are looking for an ambitious, technically minded person to develop their skills in metrology and measurement science within a precision engineering business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering, or Quality Engineering, Mathematics or Physics.

We are particularly interested in individuals who demonstrate:

• Innovative problem‑solver who thrive on tackling challenges and bringing new products to life.

As part of a structured graduate programme, you will gain hands‑on experience and ongoing training in the following:

• Programming and operating advanced measurement systems, including Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) and other metrology tools
• Interpreting and analysing complex engineering data
• Supporting continuous improvement and quality assurance across production processes
• Working within cross‑functional engineering teams to develop and validate precision components
