Management Accountant

Butler Rose is delighted to partner with a well-respected Plymouth based organisation to recruit a Management Accountant on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business and make a real impact within the finance team

Key responsibilities include:

• Producing accurate monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
• Providing clear financial analysis, insights, and reports to support decision-making.
• Preparing reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and variance analysis.
• Supporting senior leaders and budget holders with performance reporting.
• Advising on financial policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Acting as a finance business partner across the organisation.
• Assisting with audits and contributing to process improvements.
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Supervising and supporting junior team members.

The ideal candidate will either be part or fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), although those who are AAT qualified of qualified by experience will also be considered, providing you have demonstrable experience relevant to this role.
