Accounts Receivable & Treasury Team Leader

Butler Rose is delighted to be supporting a long-established, highly respected manufacturer based in Plymouth, in their search for a Accounts Receivable/Treasury Team Leader. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with a global reputation for quality, where you'll play a key role in supporting the finance function and leading a small team.

Reporting to the Head of Financial Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing both Accounts Receivable and Treasury functions, ensuring deadlines are met and processes run smoothly. Supervising a team of two, this position offers a broad remit and the chance to take real ownership of critical financial operations.

• Signing off monthly bank reconciliations
• Monitoring collections for EU countries
• Managing supplier payment runs (scheduled and ad-hoc)
• Ensuring integrity of internal controls and compliance with accounting policies
• Filing monthly reports
• Reviewing overdue balances and supporting Accounts Receivable processes
• Overseeing and issuing customer credit notes for rebates
• Processing letters of credit for international customers
• Reviewing new account setups in line with group policies

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience with in Accounts Receivable or Treasury functions
• Proven supervisory or team leader experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (advanced level)
• Knowledge of SAP (advantageous)
• Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and the drive to take on responsibility

37.5 per week, Monday to Friday
