As a Registered Nurse, you will:

Assess and supervise clients' care needs, providing direct nursing care as required.
Develop and maintain care plans in collaboration with clients, relatives, and healthcare professionals.
Administer medications and document them according to guidelines.
Supervise and guide junior staff members in their duties.
Attend mandatory training sessions and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
