Security Engineer

24 is hiring a Cyber Security Engineer to join our growing team in Europe!

Our Cyber Security Engineers drive our delivery and operations within the Managed Services Team. You will also be providing support to the customers of Outpost
24 whilst maintaining a high level of delivery and operational management of vulnerability programs purchased by our customers.

• Delivering the Outpost
  24 Security Program to our customers whilst ensuring their scanning environments and results are received as per their statement of work.
• Taking part in onboarding exercises as well as customer calls to ensure our customers receive the best service we expect.
• Supporting our customers via our Service Desk.
• Maintaining of documentation customer configurations.
• Ability to create Power Bi dashboards for our customer base and resolve any issues that may arise with them.
• Be able to write automation code for Customers where required to automate processes from our SaaS solutions.

• Has knowledge of standard operating systems, Networking, Cloud architectures, System Authentication (AD/LDAP/SMB/SSH), DNS, and some knowledge of common softwares used in businesses today.
• Has experience in data analytic tools (Power Bi) and can build dashboards from scratch.
• Has a good understanding of IT compliance standards.
• Can write automation code for Customers based on scoped requirements. Preferably Python.
• Has an interest in areas of security pertaining to the Outpost
  24 SaaS solutions (EASM, Network, Cloud and application security, including APIs)
• Has good word processing skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Has a degree or similar qualification IT Security.
• Has 5 years’ experience in the Cyber Security space.
• Is fluent in English, verbal and written, any additional languages are also appreciated.
