Equans UK & Ireland is looking for a Part‑time Cleaner to join our team at Plymouth Magistrates Court, St Andrews Road, PL1 2DP
on a permanent basis. This role works 17 hours per week with a pay rate of £12.40 per hour plus a benefits package.

• Monday – Thursday 08:00 – 11:30
• Friday 14:00 – 17:00

• Maintain the building to the highest standards of hygiene, health and safety, keeping it clean and tidy.
• Interact professionally with staff and the public.

• Experience as a cleaner.
• At least one year of experience in a customer‑focused environment.
• Current DBS (ideally no older than 12 months).
• Ability to acquire BPSS vetting (including DBS clearance).

• Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) – includes identity verification, employment history, right to work, unspent criminal record and significant periods abroad.
