  • Own and execute global learning initiatives, including leadership development, talent acceleration, and engagement programmes.
  • Design, deliver, and facilitate scalable learning experiences tailored to business needs.
  • Build and maintain a centralised learning resource hub to support continuous employee development.
  • Drive cultural alignment through values‑based learning interventions.
  • Partner closely with the People team and senior leaders to ensure adoption, alignment, and measurable impact of L&D programmes.
  • Manage external vendors, oversee programme delivery timelines, track budgets, and measure ROI and business outcomes.
Experience & Attributes
  • 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development.
  • Experience in a strategic, leadership, or senior expert level capacity.
  • Demonstrated success creating and scaling global L&D programmes demonstrated clear results.

  • Track record of operating as a senior individual contributor, delivering impact through expertise and execution.
  • Strong ability to measure learning effectiveness, connect interventions to business outcomes, and demonstrate ROI.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and partnering with leadership.
  • Proactive, inquisitive with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advantage
  • Demonstrated management experience, with a strong track record operating in fast‑moving, high‑performance environments, preferably within the technology space.
