Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Parts order assembly.
- Receiving and stocking inventory.
- Packaging and shipment of pump and parts orders.
- Creating wooden pallets and other packaging materials for shipping.
- Driving fork‑truck and other material handling equipment (more than 50% of the day).
- Adhere to company safety practices and processes.
- Participate in shop floor safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail; must be able to complete transactions with high degree of precision and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Fork‑lift experience is a strong plus for this role; we will provide certification.
- 5-10 years experience.
