Overview
Job Title: Production Operative (Rotating Shifts)
Location: Lee Mill, Ivybridge
Hours: Full-time, Rotating Shifts (Monday to Friday)
- Week 1: 06:00 – 14:00
- Week 2: 14:00 – 22:00
Pay Rate: £12.24 – £13.11 per hour
About the RoleWe are seeking dependable and hardworking Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company in Lee Mill, Ivybridge. This is a hands-on role in a warm production environment, ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, teamwork, and variety in their shifts.
Responsibilities- Operating within the production area to achieve daily targets
- Moving and handling goods (including some heavy lifting)
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
- Keeping the workspace clean, tidy, and safe
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Able to commit to rotating shifts (early and late)
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated
- A good team player with a positive attitude
- £12.24 – £13.11 per hour
- Weekly rotating shifts (early/late)
- Full training and ongoing support
- A friendly and supportive team environment
