Toll Collector

As a Toll Collector, you'll play a vital role in managing toll transactions with accuracy and professionalism. You'll help keep traffic flowing safely and efficiently while providing excellent service to every driver-no two interactions are ever the same! Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Operating lane equipment and managing toll booths smoothly and professionally
• Classifying vehicles and processing toll payments accurately
• Recording and handling cash, preparing deposits, and ensuring secure handovers
• Communicating clearly and courteously with drivers, resolving enquiries or escalating when needed
• Following safety and operational procedures to keep yourself and others safe
• Liaising with the Bridge Control Room and following instructions promptly
• Reporting incidents or equipment faults as necessary
• Maintaining supplies and equipment in your booth
• Writing clear reports and interpreting information effectively
• Upholding high standards of appearance and professionalism at all times
