Five Rivers Child Care in Plymouth, Devon, is recruiting a Senior Support Worker for our new supported accommodation home for 16+ care leavers. You will guide young people in life skills, school engagement, and daily tasks, using trauma-informed practices to provide consistent, compassionate support.
The role requires a Level 3 NVQ in Residential Childcare or equivalent, full driving licence, and willingness to sleep-in 2–3 times weekly (£50 per sleep-in).
