Hampshire County Council is seeking an Assistant Team Manager to shape children’s services across Hampshire. Working with the Family Help Teams, you’ll support frontline Social Workers delivering early, targeted family support in local communities.
As part of an Ofsted Outstanding authority, you’ll lead, mentor and supervise staff, chair statutory meetings and manage complex cases while promoting safeguarding and service development. Some travel across Hampshire may be required.
