As a result of our expansion plans and our continued ongoing success we are seeking a dynamic Software Developer to be based at our Head Office in Plymouth.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will contribute to the full software development lifecycle, working within an agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams, support existing products, and help drive continuous improvement across tools, processes, and technologies.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute as a core member of the development team.
• Analyse technical specifications and contribute to software design, development, testing, and maintenance.
• Provide support for current software builds and assist external teams with product usage and testing.
• Drive improvements in product functionality, development tools, and internal processes.
• Mentor junior team members and introduce new methodologies and technologies.

• Strong experience in designing distributed software architectures using C#.Net, ASP.Net (Web Forms preferred; MVC or .Net Core also beneficial).
• Solid understanding of modern development methodologies and Agile practices.
• Proficiency in database technologies such as T-SQL, PL/SQL, or MySQL.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with JavaScript and industry-recognized libraries.
• Ability to work effectively within a transversal team.
• Background in software development or equivalent experience.

• Degree-level education in Computing or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in continuous delivery of high-quality software releases.
• Experience working in Agile and Dev Ops environments within self-organising teams.
