Warehosue Leading Hand - Goods in MHE

At VOW, part of the EVO Group, we’re looking for a motivated and experienced Leading Hand to help drive performance within our Goods In operation. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll support the Warehouse Supervisor, lead a team of operatives, and ensure productivity, safety, and service standards are achieved every day.

• Leading and motivating a team of warehouse operatives.
• Ensuring productivity and KPI targets are achieved.
• Allocating work and resources effectively across the team.
• Promoting a strong health and safety culture.
• Supporting warehouse operations and working across different departments when required.
• Assisting with training, coaching, and development of colleagues.
• Covering Supervisor duties when required.
• Using warehouse systems and processes to maintain operational efficiency.

• Previous experience within a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Experience leading or supervising warehouse teams.
• Valid Reach Truck licence (essential).
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and manage resources effectively.
• A proactive, hands‑on approach with a positive attitude.
