• Lead cross-functional teams in Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and other improvement initiatives.
• Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process efficiency and productivity.
• Create business cases and financial justifications for process improvement projects and capital investments.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operations departments to ensure successful implementation and sustainability of process changes.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and operational staff.
• Investigate process deviations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in industrial process optimization.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is a significant advantage.
