Phillips 66 – Ponca City Refinery is seeking a Welder (2nd Craftsman) to perform certified welding and fabrication on carbon steel and alloy piping within a unionized refinery. You will interpret blueprints, set up SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, and oxy-fuel cutting, and ensure work meets WPS and quality standards.
The role includes overtime, safety compliance, and collaboration with inspectors and teams.
