Role: Trainee Butcher

Daily Rate: £71.32 to £100 per day

Contract: Permanent

Location: Pontefract, WF8 3DD

Shift Available: Monday to Friday 06:00am to 14:30pm

A committed team of over 800 staff oversee the whole process: from procuring the best possible livestock from our carefully picked group of farms, through butchery, retail packaging, and dispatch before it finally arrives on the supermarket shelf or as part of the restaurant dining experience.

Role:

• Learn the safe and correct knife use
• Learn advanced knife skills
• Learn how to prepare and trim cuts of meat
