Yolk Engineering is exclusively partnered with a dynamic manufacturing innovator in the recruitment of a Lead Process Engineer to join a growing team that's pushing the boundaries in advanced manufacturing.

You'll play a key role, taking ownership of end-to-end production projects, defining how new products are manufactured, building process flows, setting manning levels and leading improvements once in operation.

You'll support a product range that's varied, cutting-edge and always evolving, working closely with highly motivated people in a business known for its healthy culture, and driving lean, smart manufacturing forward.

This is what you'll be doing as Lead Process Engineer

Designing, transforming and optimising manufacturing processes
Leading process developments from early concept through to volume production
Identifying and eliminating waste throughout the operation
Driving process transformation initiatives, including selection and implementation of new technologies
Supporting new business quotation and investment plans with robust data and insights
Influence and engage stakeholders across the business to deliver sustainable change
Lead, coach and develop other engineers and project team members

What you'll bring to the team as Lead Process Engineer

Engineering HNC/Degree or equivalent experience
Experience applying lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles
Experience leading projects and developing others
Experience in high mix / high complexity environments (advantageous)
