As a Support Worker, you will deliver excellent care, celebrate achievements, encourage fun and creativity, and engage directly with our wider community. You will help the individuals we care for gain independence and live healthy, happy, and fulfilling lives. You will support people both in their homes and in their local communities, with a range of working patterns to suit you, including full-time, part-time, and flexible opportunities.

• Deliver excellent care to diverse individuals in their homes and local communities
• Celebrate achievements, encourage fun and creativity, and support personal development
• Engage with the wider community and facilitate inclusive participation
• Maintain accurate and timely care documentation
• Support independence and promote healthy lifestyles

Although experience in healthcare work is beneficial, it is not absolutely required. Training is provided by Achieve together. You should be passionate, hard‑working, empathetic, and eager to help others.
