A leading transport organization is seeking an Occupational Health and Wellbeing Advisor for a 12-month fixed term contract. This role involves providing guidance on Occupational Health and wellbeing initiatives, supporting projects in collaboration with HR and Safety teams, and managing clinical interventions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role and possess strong analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate effectively across all levels is essential. A knowledge of Welsh language is a plus but not mandatory.
